Test Ride Terms
In these terms, “Hawkesbury Motorcycles”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to Hawkesbury Motorcycles Holdings Pty Ltd T/AS Hawkesbury Motorcycles ABN 16 685 196 776 and the website located at hawkesbury.motorcycles.
Acceptance
By using the Test Ride booking feature, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must hold a valid Australian motorcycle licence appropriate to the motorcycle class and comply with NSW road laws.
Hawkesbury Motorcycles may verify licence details and refuse a booking at its discretion.
Electronic agreement
Electronic acceptance of the Test Ride Agreement is legally binding and carries the same effect as a handwritten signature.
Booking conditions
Bookings are subject to:
- Motorcycle availability
- Weather and road conditions
- Insurance requirements
- Operational discretion
Hawkesbury Motorcycles may reschedule or cancel bookings without liability.
Rider responsibilities
You must:
- Comply with NSW road laws
- Follow staff instructions
- Wear approved safety gear
- Ride responsibly
- Return the motorcycle at the agreed time
Time out, time in, and odometer readings will be recorded.
Liability
You are responsible for any damage, traffic infringements, tolls, loss or insurance excess incurred during the test ride in accordance with the signed agreement.
System integrity
You must not interfere with or misuse the booking system or attempt unauthorised access.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By continuing to access the Site, you confirm that:
- you accept these Terms of Use
- you will comply with applicable laws
- you will use the Site only for lawful purposes
